Dragon*Con is one of the largest fan run scifi/fantasy/pop culture contentions in the world. The convention takes place every year over Labor Day weekend in Atlanta, Georgia in the US. This years convention runs from September 3-6, 2010.
The Seeker Cast crew (Kevin, Jenn & Kurt) attend every year and we are very excited about the Legend of the Seeker activities that will be taking place during this year’s con.
The Dragon*Con schedule is subject to change. The final schedule is normally posted at the end of August.

Friday Sept 3rd
Legend of the Seeker/Sword of Truth costume meet up/photo op, 11:30 p.m. The group will be gathering in the Marriott on the 10th Floor (“Skyline level”). Come out in your amazing costumes so we can get one great big group photo!
Saturday Sept 4th
Several people plan to dress up in Legend of the Seeker and Sword of Truth costumes to walk in the annual Dragon*Con parade which normally begins at 10am. One person is keeping a list of all the parade participants and they are monitoring this discussion thread if you want to get involved.
The American Scifi Media track is planning to do a Legend of the Seeker fan panel at 11:30am. The panel is titled “Legend: Chronicles of a Seeker”. This will likely take place in the American Scifi Media track room which is likely in the Marriott.
Sunday Sept 5th
There will be a Legend of the Seeker fan party/meet-up in the Consuite on Sunday afternoon from 2pm-4pm. The location is likely to be on the 2nd floor in the Hyatt. You can check out some of the discussions about the event in this thread over at the LegendOfTheSeeker.org forums.
Monday Sept 6th
We will be doing a LIVE recording of our podcast as part of the Podcasting programming track. Come by to hang out with your fellow Seeker fans and to hear us talk about Legend of the Seeker and the Sword of Truth book series. This is scheduled to take place at 11:30am likely in the Hilton.
